Can I buy your stuff in a real shop?

We are primarily an online store, so you can order our gear from anywhere you want. However, we do cooperate with some shops from time to time, which have some of our stuff in stock.

You say Berlin is awesome -
why are you using the F-word then?

The F-word is one of the most versatile and colorful words in the English language. It is a magical term, that - just by its sound or context – can describe joy, pain, love or hate. There is no other single word that points into so many different directions at once – which makes it just the perfect way to describe the many-sided character of Berlin. Our message is simple and provoking. And it has no sexual meaning at all.

Is there any connection between your shirts and the same-titled book or internet show?

No, we have nothing to do with the book or the Youtube channel. Our BERLIN FUCKING CITY shirts emerged in 2006, while the same-titled book appeared in late 2007 and the online Youtube show started 2010. Both, the book and the show are not available or actively run anymore.

Do you also ship to my country?

BERLIN FUCKING CITY gear can be shipped to every country within the EU (European Union). If you need our stuff anywhere else in the world, just get it touch and we will find a solution.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs start at 2 €, depending on the product, the ordered amount and the country you want to have our stuff delivered to. Just add the desired items to your cart, select the country and hit “update” to see the specific costs of your order.

How fast can you deliver?

Once an order is confirmed and fully paid, it can take up to 1 week to arrive anywhere in Germany and about 1-2 weeks to all other EU countries. For the belt buckles, please allow up to 10 working days of delivery time. Please note that - once a product is sent out - we do not have any influence on the actual shipping times.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All orders can be securely paid via PayPal - using either the money on your PayPal account or through your connected credit cards (such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express) or direct debit cards.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

Yes you do - and it's easy and secure! If you don't have an account yet, you can still pay with your credit card or by direct debit and open a new PayPal account as you run through the payment process.

Do I need a credit card to purchase from this store?

No, you can also pay by direct debit (through PayPal) or directly with the money from your PayPal account.

I´d like to return an item, how does it work?

We are confident in the quality of our products and we want you to be fully satisfied with our stuff. In case you are not completely happy with a purchase, you can return all items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (except third party products like the belt buckle).

If you want to return an item, please contact us first as we cannot accept items sent without prior notice. Your purchase must be returned in fully new condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, undried and undamaged. Refunds will only include the amount for the item(s) purchased (shipping costs are non-refundable) and will be credited to your original means of payment. Return shipping must be fully covered by the customer. Please note that we can only take back gear that you purchased here in the online store.

What size should i order?

You can refer to the sizing charts below and compare the lengths with the garments you already have at home. All lengths are given in cm. Please note, that all values are approximate values only.

How should i care for my shirts? Will they shrink?

All cotton textiles tend to shrink a little when being washed and dried too hot, that's unavoidable physics. All current BERLIN FUCKING CITY shirts are pre-shrunk from the shirt manufacturer, to keep further shrinking as low as possible. You should do best when you refer to the washing instructions attached inside the shirt, which is usually: wash 30 degrees inside out, hang dry or tumble dry on a low setting and do not iron.
